By accessing and using PickyourAPI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. PickyourAPI reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Your use of the PickyourAPI API is subject to the following terms:

• Rate limits are enforced based on your subscription plan.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Abuse or excessively frequent requests may result in temporary or permanent ban of your account.
• We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that impact service stability.

• A valid credit card is required for paying accounts.
• The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable except as required by law.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
• For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
• Downgrading your Service may cause the loss features, or capacity of your account.

PickyourAPI reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. PickyourAPI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
